The dress I received doesn’t seem to be exactly the same color as the one I ordered. Why is this?
In some rare cases the dressmaker’s supplier will change their fabric which could slightly affect its color. Therefore this can result in dresses colors being very slightly different to the color displayed on the site.
We do check each dress in our warehouse before dispatch and we will reject dresses that are the incorrect color, but there can on occasion be very slight differences.
If you encounter an issue like this please contact us and we will help you as fast as possible.
Please also remember to check our color chart very carefully when you are ordering your dress to be sure that the color you’re ordering is the one that you like.

I really want one of your dresses made in a color that’s not in your color chart, can you help me?
We will try to help if we can. In this case please send us a message with the item code of the item you’d like and a very clear picture of the color you want and its name if you know it.
We will contact our dressmaker and then contact you to let you know if it’s possible.

Where is OuterInner.com from??
We are a Hong Kong company with an office in Hong Kong and our warehouse and customer support office in the nearby seaside city of Shenzhen, China. Orders are dispatched from the warehouse in Shenzhen.

Some of your dresses come complete with a small jacket. Do you have measurements for this item?
We don’t give measurements for these jackets on the site as they also need to be custom made. We will need your measurements for the jacket. Please take the measurements and then add them to the special notes information box at check out, then the dressmaker will know which size to make your jacket in.
Here’s how to take the measurements with a tape:
Sleeve length (shoulder to wrist), armhole (roughly around your wrist measurement), shoulder circumference (from under arm around and over top of shoulder), and upper arm circumference (around the middle of your upper arm, around 2.5inches below the shoulder), shoulder to shoulder (across the top of your shoulders).
