Delivery Policy
OuterInner is specializing in occasions dresses and sexy lingerie. For the dresses,
whether you choose a standard size or give us your measurements, most of them (excluding
the items with special notes and labels) are personally tailored for you. Due to
above, they are some differences between the two product lines on Delivery Policy
and
Return & Exchange Policy, which you should read before shopping.
We offer international express delivery service such as DHL Express, UPS and EMS, Standard Mail Post delivery is also available. Different delivery service will cost different delivery time and costs, you have free options due to your personal needs when placing order. Please note that all of our orders are shipped as "D.D.U." (Delivered Duties Unpaid). OuterInner does not take responsibility for any accrued additional charges such as taxes, duties or tariffs that may apply to international orders. For more information, please contact your local custom office.
Delivery time
Total Shipping Time is formed by Processing time + Shipping time.
Processing Time
Your order will be in 'Processing' within 1 business day after order payment cleared. And the Processing Time may different from different product lines.
1. Standard occasions dresses
15-20 business days* to tailor your dresses by our professional dressmakers.
2. Occasions Dresses with ‘Quick Delivery’ label
3-5 working days* to do the quality control and packing.
3. Sexy Lingerie
could be sent out in 3-5 working days*.
*The actual processing time may extend if there are order details we need to confirm with you before/when we arrange your order.
The specific delivery time would be variable from your destination and the shipping method you choose. We will send an email about delivery notice to you right after we send out your order.
Standard Delivery Time
ATTENTION:
1. DHL Express, UPS and standard mail post DO NOT support military and P.O. boxes as shipping address.
2.For return and replacement please understand that the shipping fee is charged by the third party logistic company, so we may not refund you the shipping cost for your order.
