Dear OuterInner,

After looking for so long for Bridesmaid dresses for my wedding in September 2012 I found the Outerinner website. I had never heard of OuterInner before so I started browsing through.

After a few days I found the style I wanted for my bridesmaids. I then started looking for reviews about OuterInner to see if anyone had had any bad experiences because I was worried about ordering online and not actually trying on the dresses in advance.

I came up with the idea to order only 2 dresses at first to see how long they took to arrive and if they were what I was really after. By the time I went to order the 2 bridesmaid dresses there was also big sale on at OuterInner.com, so I decided to also order myself an evening dress (reception dress) to change into after my wedding ceremony because I’d already got my wedding dress.

After paying I thought, “Oh well, at least I am not losing out on a lot of money as the prices were very low.”

I got confirmation for my order and that was it, now to wait. A couple of weeks later I received an email saying that my dresses were ready and would be delivered to me earlier than I had originally asked for. I was so happy and nervous at the same time, thinking that maybe the dresses wouldn’t be very good quality because of it being so fast.

A week later I received my dresses. Two bridesmaid dresses and my wedding reception dress. When I took the dresses out of the packets I was immediately angry because I thought they weren’t what I had ordered, but then I figured out that the dresses were inside out (great idea by the way)! OuterInner explained to me later that they ship them inside out to protect the outer lining and colour of the dresses.

I tried on my ivory color reception dress and I nearly cried! It was so much better than it had looked on the website and the fit was perfect, although a little long for me but I can fix that easily. Then I thought I would try on one of the bridesmaid dresses, and yes I was more than the happiest women. The dresses are perfect, the colour (ice blue) is exactly what I was looking for to match my theme colour and the style is fabulous. I must say that I think they look better in real life than the pictures on the site show! Not really sure why their pictures aren’t as good as dresses themselves!

So I went back to OuterInner to order 3 more bridesmaid dresses because that’s all I could order at the time and I was pleased to see that they had yet another deal going that saved me some money! I haven’t received the 2nd order yet, but after my first order I have no worries anymore. One of my bridesmaids has already tried on her dress and it fits her perfectly and looks amazing!

I must say also that the Service Team were so great, love that they keep in touch with you via email and let you know roughly how long the dresses will take to be made and reach you.
