We will make sure that we make the dress according to your order requirement / specification, and if we have any questions regarding your dress when we process your order, or our dressmakers feel like they need to check and confirm the details of your dress, we will contact you either by email or by phone. If you have any questions, you can also contact us. For further information about our Terms and Conditions, please refer to our Help Center information as this has all the information you’ll need about making a purchase from us.

The wedding dress, style: 05953, was recently on the website and I had saved it to my favorites. However, it has been removed from My Favorites and no longer appears on the website. Is this dress no longer available?

If the item that you previously put in your Wish List was removed, we are sorry to inform you that the item is not available right now. We do try our best to ensure the availability of the dresses that we display on our website, however at times some items may not be available due to adjustments to our product lines and changes to our production capacity. We are very sorry about the inconvenience. We suggest you send us an email about it and we will keep an eye on the item, once it is available, we will inform you by email. Meanwhile, we also recommend you browse our website and look for other items that you like.

Which payment methods do you accept?

We currently accept PayPal and bank transfer. We recommend using Paypal as you can set it up with any bank account or credit card that you’d like. It’s also very convenient and secure.

Can I track my package?

Sure you can, but you will need to choose a courier like DHL, UPS or EMS. These services allow you to track your package throughout its journey on their website by entering your tracking number which we give you by email. Airmail however will only allow you to know that the package has departed from China.
We strongly recommend that you choose a courier service rather than airmail in order for your items to arrive quickly and safely.

Total delivery time for quick delivery dresses will be around 6 to 10 days, but no longer. Our standard dress delivery time is usually 20 days or so, therefore you can see that the former are a fast option!

I know that there are loads of scammy sites in China and you’re right to be cautious as we certainly wouldn’t like you to waste your money! Here are some reasons to consider shopping with us:

1) We will not charge you directly. We work with PayPal, a third party payment provider, to deal with payment issues. Your money will be transferred safely and securely through PayPal to us. You can set up a PayPal account on their official website www.paypal.com and connect your bank account or credit card account with PayPal.

Would I have to pay taxes (VAT) on the dress prices stated on the website? (From an Australian customer)

No, you do not need to pay VAT (Value Added Tax). You only need to pay for the price stated on our website.

What if I buy a dress, & when I get it, it doesn’t fit? Am I able to return it?

Yes, you can in some cases. There are standard size and custom size formal dresses in our store. In general custom sizes CAN’T be returned unless WE have made a mistake with them, but standard sizes can always be returned. The return policy differs for the different kinds of dresses that you can buy from us, so please follow that link and examine them closely before buying.

We are committed to helping you and will try to make life as easy as possible, so if you receive a dress and there is an issue please contact us immediately and we will try to help as quickly and impartially as possible.

Do you have contact number?

We certainly do, at USA 1-813-358-3228, and our English-speaking customer support staff welcome calls between 9:30 a.m to 6:30 p.m Hong Kong time. If you can’t catch us due to the time difference please leave a message as we check them and reply every day!

If you’re wondering why it’s a USA number, we aren’t trying to fool anyone into thinking that we are a domestic company, rather we applied for this number to save you money so you didn’t have to call an expensive foreign number to speak with us

If I order a dress from here today and pay for 5-7 day shipping will it arrive in one week?

I am afraid that you may have misunderstood our shipping time! Our total shipping time is formed by Processing time + Delivery time. This is because we don’t usually keep dresses in stock, we make every dress to order especially for you!

The processing time (making the dresses) is 15-20 working days as standard and the delivery time is different according to the shipping method you choose and where you live. If you choose DHL or UPS as the delivery method, it would usually take about 5-7 days for the delivery. So the total time it takes to get your new dress may take up to around 25 days, so please bear this in mind when ordering.

If you are in a hurry, how about choosing one of our quick delivery dresses? These dresses can be sent out within 3-5 working day, therefore you can get these dresses to your door in as little as 8 days! For more information, read my quick delivery dress blog.

If you’re not a regular visitor to our facebook page where have you been? October National Holiday In China

As you may know, our warehouse and shipping office is in China, and an important festival called the National day holiday is coming up soon. The Chinese celebrate the founding of the ‘People’s Republic’ on October the 1st every year.

How does this affect you? Well, everyone’s usually off work for that week and here at OuterInner.com we’ll be off from the 1st to the 5th of October. So, just to warn you, the postal services in China are likely to slow down a bit during this time, so if you are expecting a package from us around this time it could be a day or two late.

Vintage Wedding Dresses

I want to talk about vintage wedding dresses this week. What’s your idea of a vintage wedding dress? Of course they could be old, pre-worn or hand-me-down dresses which would make them truly ‘vintage,’ but in fact it’s possible to get new vintage wedding dresses that simply have an older style.

A typical idea of a vintage wedding dress is that they are in ivory or perhaps white. They’re also often considered to be quite detailed with lace and applique.

In fact, only the most wealthy brides in the past would have been able to have a decorated dress, so in fact ‘typical’ vintage wedding dresses are actually pretty plain.

A veil is one of the most standard vintage items which is sadly becoming less and less typical, so if you’re serious about getting that vintage style then one is a must.

If you love vintage style then we have a selection of vintage wedding dresses that you can check. I’ve selected a few vintage wedding dresses from our catalogue for you to check here, but bear in mind that for the best ‘vintage’ look you should probably choose ivory colour dresses:

You have selected Bank Transfer and provided your bank account information to us, but it does not necessarily mean that you have actually made the payment nor that the transaction has gone through. You need to either go to your local bank or log onto your bank account on the official website of the bank to authorise them to make the payment to us (we give you our bank details when you order, so just give your bank this).

For your security we are never entitled to ask your bank to transfer your money into our account. So please remember always to arrange the payment with your bank by yourself.

Can l use my Visa Mastercard to pay for my order?

Yes, you can but not directly. Instead, attach this credit card to a PayPal account and then when you pay with PayPal you will be using this card. Don’t worry, it doesn’t cost more and in fact will give you even more security!

Fabulous Custom Wedding Dress

I hate to say no, but if you asked me, “Can I buy this wedding dress?” I’m afraid I’d have to refuse you! A customer came to us with her ideas about her dream wedding dress, some pictures and we were able to make it for her! Yes we can make this change as you required without extra cost, but no Refund or Exchange is allowed for it afterwards as it is customised to your specification.

For example, you can take the dress that looks like this:
