I am a retailer, do you have a dropship option?

Yes we do. When you place the order with us, you provide the delivery details of your customer (in the special instructions box at checkout) then we can arrange to send the parcel directly to your customer.

We will always avoid putting anything into your customer’s package that says our company name in order to protect your business.

For anyone who’s wondering what ‘dropshipping’ means, it is where you can buy our clothes and sell them to your customers. Then WE ship the item to YOUR customer. You decide what to charge them, but OuterInner.com keep our prices low, so there is a chance to make some profit which is welcome in this economy. Why not give it a go??

I am a reseller and I would like to sell your great selection of dresses on my website. Would it be possible to use your pictures and descriptions?

Yes, you may use our photos and descriptions. Please provide us with the Style Code of the items that you are considering to put on your website. We will then submit your request to our Product Department for approval.

Hi, I’m from Egypt. Do you deliver here?

Yes, we have a lot of Egyptian customers! Shipping with DHL to Egypt will take just 3 to 4 days!

Questions We’ve Been Asked This Week

What is the lead time and delivery cost of my order?

It will take 15-20 days to make & tailor make the dress after every detail of the order has been confirmed regarding colour, size, style, etc.

We start to process the order only upon receiving your payment.

The timeframe of making the garments is the same for both standard and custom sized dresses, but certain styles can take longer than others due to level of detail etc.

For dresses from the Quick Delivery Dress category you will be expected to receive your dress in 6 to 10 days. These are the ones available in stock now and they are all standard sized. No custom size is offered for Quick Delivery service.

It will usually take 5-7 days for delivery with Express delivery services (DHL, UPS, EMS). We suggest that you always use these delivery services if possible as they’re faster, safer and easier to track. We specifically suggest UPS for America and DHL for Australia.

If you ever want to see the possible delivery costs for an item then you should go to checkout with the item you like and then you’ll be able to see them (but you don’t need to pay at this point if you don’t want to).

We do not recommend Mail Post (Airmail) as it could take as long as a month to arrive in the destination and their tracking system only allows you and us to know that the package has left. Unlike DHL or UPS where you can see clearly on their website where your parcel has been, you will have to call Mail Post to check it.

Do you ship to my country?

Yes we ship to any place around the world as long as the Express Delivery service can reach there! The majority of our customers are from the USA, AUS, NZ, Canada and from the UK.
